Library Board meetings include an opportunity for public comment in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act and Library policy.

Public comments may be made in-person during the Public Comment portion of a Board meeting. Public comments may also be submitted by emailing the Director at director@brimfieldlibrary.org or leaving a voicemail at 309-446-9575 x104 by 4:30pm on the date of the meeting. Comments submitted by email or telephone may be read or played aloud during the public comment portion of the meeting.

If you need any additional assistance to allow you to observe and/or participate in a Board meeting, please contact the Director by phone at 309-446-9575 x 104 or email at director@brimfieldlibrary.org at least 72 business hours in advance to allow for the arrangement of reasonable accommodations. Accommodations may include sign language interpretation and language translation.
